Selection Strategies

Many organisations fall back on interviews as their primary means of making recruitment or promotion decisions despite the decades of research which shows that the interview process is a relatively poor way of determining merit and predicting future job performance.

We work with organisations to develop selection strategies that draw on a wide range of assessment tools to minimise risk when making selection decisions.

These tools include simulations, ability and aptitude tests, personality tests, behaviourally based interviews and combinations of these in the form of an assessment centre which give strong "incremental validity".

As Psychologists we have access to the full range of psychological tests currently available and have the in-house expertise to design assessment centre exercises and build new tests for special applications.
