CF&A has access to over 80 different psychological tests supplied by all the well known test publishers. Our approach is to choose tests that are the best fit for the purpose.
Reliable and well-validated psychological tests are a useful way to generate additional data about the suitability of candidates for positions. They may be administered online as a screening tool or under supervision in hard copy format.
CF&A Psychologists can advise you on the most appropriate tests for your assessment applications and conduct testing for you either face to face with candidates or through our online Bureau Services. Alternatively we can develop tests for your own unique application.
A good personality questionnaire for occupational use has questions which are work related and are not intrusive to the individual's personal life. At a minimum it will produce a profile indicative of the candidate's preferred behaviours in terms of factors such as interpersonal skills, thinking style, self confidence and so on.
Aptitude and ability tests measure skills such as verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and diagrammatic reasoning and are presented with different levels of difficulty to match the demographics of the candidate population.

CF&A is now the ACT representative for the new test firm of Saville Consulting. We have a special relationship with Professor Peter Saville, founder of SHL, who has researched and published a new range of state of the art tests through his test publishing business - Saville Consulting.
Christine worked at SHL with Peter for six years in the lead up to the SHL flotation on the London Stock Exchange. Rapidly becoming the best known of these new tests is the WAVE Personality Questionnaire, which utilises expert systems to provide many unique features which place it head and shoulders above any other personality instrument currently on the market.
