In addition to our assessment consultancy we are able to offer clients several other HR services in areas where we have an in-depth understanding.
Design and delivery of leadership development programs
We designed and delivered both the Department of Finance's Young Leaders Program and the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations' Leadership Program, each of three years duration.
Development of performance management processes
Our work has included auditing of existing schemes (e.g. Dept of Immigration and Citizenship), design of new schemes (e.g. Australian Preventative Services), implementation of eAppraisal systems(e.g. Australian Crime Commission), and the training of managers and staff in how to get the most out of performance management.
Staff attitude surveys
We designed and conducted for three years a staff attitude survey for the Department of Finance which was used to inform a culture change agenda. We have also conducted culture surveys in a number of overseas organisations such as Scottish Amicable, Halifax Building Society and Lucas.
