Christine Farrell's project management training by PA Consultants in the UK helped her develop the skills and processes needed for the delivery of the many large-scale client projects she has undertaken.
In the UK she had responsibility for delivery of the largest single assessment project that had ever been undertaken by the world's leading assessment experts SHL.
This project required high level client management skills and the co-ordination of the efforts of a team of 20 Psychologists involved in delivering 500 managerial assessments and related feedback to participants and the organisation.
In Australia, her current project for DoCS has already involved the delivery of 400 assessment centres across NSW involving over 3,500 candidates.
