Graduate recruitment

We have a tested process for recruiting graduates, which can include use of tailored online application forms for the screening of volume applicants.

Alternatively we can work with recruiters within the client organisation or a third party organisation, limiting our involvement to the design and delivery of the assessment process only.

Designed in close consultation with the client, the selection process may include psychological testing, structured interviews, assessment centres and final interviews with client representatives.
