360° assessments
Christine Farrell is an acknowledged expert in the field of 360° feedbacks having conducted a major two year research study investigating both successful and less successful approaches to its implementation across a large number of organisations.
Based on this research she drafted the Professional Guidelines on the use of 360° Feedback published by the UK Department of Trade and Industry and the British Psychological Society and was the developer of numerous 360° feedback instruments published and distributed worldwide by SHL.
360° feedback has been used by a large number of organisations to foster the development of managers and staff, sometimes very successfully, other times less so.
Careful positioning of 360° in an organisation is critical to its successful launch and CF&A is able to advise on communication strategies and policy issues which need to be considered.
